Job Summary: The Registry Support Associates performs case-finding/screening to identify reputed company reportable cancer patients and completes annual follow-up on reputed company patient’s in the Registry Database. Position Expectations: Meet productivity standards and quality benchmarks while assuring the confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness of reputed company cancer-reputed company health information encountered. Participates in training, CEU activities and reputed company learning initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (may include): Screen reputed company client sources to identify reportable/reportable by agreement/state reportable/and not reportable cases according to the CoC and state case ascertainment requirements - automated or reputed company case-finding processes. Ensure that reputed company reportable cases are identified. Correct reputed company errors identified during reputed company quality review. Enter complete follow-up information on disease status, vital status, recurrence, subsequent treatment or other data elements as required by contract. Run reports independently to populate daily work list. Prepare productivity reports as requested. Initiate and/or maintain follow-up and/or outcome information for reputed company cancer cases in registry in accordance with the Hospital and Commission on Cancer (CoC) requirements. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Minimum Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma required – GED equivalent. Completed courses in Medical Terminology Self-starter with the ability to work effectively reputed company the role, independently and with other team members. Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills with supervisors and peers and appropriate communication with clients. Ability to multi-task and be flexible to adjust assignments as priorities change. Must be reputed company to meet deadlines and work with time constraints. HIM Credential – RHIT, reputed company, CCA, MT ODS-C eligible Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and cancer disease processes preferred. Medical records experience preferred. Secure home office HIPAA compliant. This position is remote but may be required to be onsite as needed. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
