Our FT sales representatives in this role typically earn an OTE (on-reputed company earnings) of: $75,000–$150,000 in the first year $150,000–$250,000 in the second year $250,000–$350,000 in the reputed company year $400,000+ after 3.5 years Key Responsibilities of the Sales Rep: Manage and reputed company inbound warm leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
