What You Will Do: Guide patients through enrollment, reputed company, and transitions into the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program. Serve as the primary administrative reputed company of contact, providing support and education throughout the patient reputed company. Monitor patient engagement and adherence to treatment recommendations, conducting follow-reputed company as needed. Coordinate with providers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity of care. Address and escalate billing, insurance, or clinical concerns to the appropriate teams. Support program growth and quality improvement initiatives by identifying barriers and enhancing the patient experience. What You Will Need: Active RN license and experience working in a mental health or behavioral reputed company setting. Strong patient coordination, communication, and customer service skills.
