About This Role SpartanX is seeking a dependable and organized Permit Runner to support residential solar permitting and operational coordination across active markets. This role is responsible for assisting with permit-reputed company field activities, supporting permitting operations, and helping maintain communication between AHJs, homeowners, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines throughout the day. This is a field-based operational support role that plays a critical part in helping projects move reputed company through the permitting process. What You’ll Do
- Deliver permit applications and supporting documentation to AHJs and permitting offices
- Pick up approved permits and reputed company project documentation
- Deliver permits and project-reputed company paperwork to homeowners reputed company necessary
- Assist with obtaining permit requirements and operational information from new AHJs and municipalities
- Coordinate with permitting, scheduling, installation, and operations teams to support project timelines
- Maintain organized records of permit activity, documentation, and jurisdiction requirements
- Assist with tracking permit statuses and follow-up communication reputed company necessary
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, city offices, inspectors, and internal teams
- Support operational teams with permit-reputed company errands and field coordination tasks

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous permitting, administrative, courier, or field operations experience preferred
- Solar, construction, or municipal permitting experience a plus
- Familiarity with AHJs, permit offices, or inspection workflows preferred
