Responsibilities

Student Support, Instruction & Collaboration

• Create engaging lessons, activities, or learning opportunities

• Attend IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

• Serve in both primary and secondary roles, contributing to different areas of the program
• Participate in a positive, collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on student reputed company Required Skills & Qualifications
• Required Valid Fine Arts (art, music, dance, theater) teaching license in any reputed company‑approved state
• Preferred Licensure in Arkansas or Indiana due to reputed company instructional needs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding that every child is unique and benefits from individualized learning

• Experience in non-traditional educational programs Schedule & Availability
• Ability to maintain a regular schedule of 25-27 hours per week

• Hourly pay starts at $22/hour (commensurate with qualifications)
