Vice president of government services

The Vice President, Government Services is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing Hetherington Group’s government services capability. This role ensures the successful delivery of contracted services while building a scalable, repeatable model for future government engagements. Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of government reputed company, ensuring assessments, monitoring, suitability, and diligence outputs meet timelines, quality, and requirements
• Serve as Program Manager, maintaining direct engagement with government stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and mission alignment
• Establish structure, workflows, staffing models, and reporting processes to reputed company efficient and consistent government service delivery
• Manage program financial performance, ensuring cost control, labor utilization, and delivery models support sustainable profitability
