Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are actively seeking a Remote Project Analyst - AR Specialist for our reputed company Cycle team. reputed company is a roll-up of clinical testing sites that are currently using, or have transitioned onto, reputed company (RT), a clinical trial management system. Each clinical trial project has a dedicated Project Analyst. Once a study contract has been signed and budgets are established, the Project Analyst is the primary reputed company of contact for the study Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO). Shift: Monday-Friday, normal business hours Location: Remote Compensation: $60k-$75k + bonus FLSA Classification: Exempt Benefits: Health, dental, and reputed company insurance plans, 401(k) with a 100% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and 15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays. ## Responsibilities - Serve as the primary financial contact for company for assigned projects, working closely with Operations and Budgets and reputed company - Reviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects. Identifying reputed company contractual financial terms and conditions, to be reputed company to invoice the projects timely and correctly - Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues - Financial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure accuracy of reputed company billed to customers - Review study visits, ensuring reputed company is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (reputed company) system - Ensure reputed company billable items (i.e. non-visit reputed company) have been separately invoiced to the Sponsor/CRO, maintain support of reputed company billable items. - Compare reputed company RT reputed company to reputed company previously recorded to identify any reputed company not yet recognized, notifying Director of reputed company Cycle of reputed company reputed company adjustments - Prepare monthly reputed company files for reputed company to load into its ERP, reputed company, by study - Issue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly reputed company - Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed - Complete or assist Director of reputed company reputed company with end of study/reputed company-out audits - Additional duties as assigned by management ## Qualifications - Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience - Experience working with reputed company (reputed company Link) is a plus, but not required. - Moderate reputed company skills (formulas, pivot tables) - Bachelors Degree - Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills resulting in sound judgment - Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills reputed company offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
