Remote Mental Health Therapist - Maryland

We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company Mental Health Therapists to reputed company high-quality therapeutic services through a virtual care model. The therapist will support clients in developing coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and achieving personal goals while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.

Therapeutic Interventions:

• Deliver care both onsite and reputed company in alignment with the hybrid care model.

Monitoring & Documentation:

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, reputed company workers, case managers, and other reputed company.

Caseload Expectations:

• Full-time 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options to include evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in reputed company work, Counseling, or reputed company behavioral health field.
• Active licensure (must be reputed company to practice independently) in at least one of the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA).
• 3–5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with behavioral health challenges.
• Experience working with patients throughout the lifespan (ages 7 and above)
• Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific treatment populations or specialties (e.g., trauma, substance use).
• Proficiency with reputed company EMR.
• Familiarity with EHR documentation standards.
