Dental Biller

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate dental claims to insurance companies or government programs.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for dental services.
- Process claims for reimbursement and ensure timely follow-up on denied or unpaid claims.
- Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile billing statements.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies, rejections, or denials.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations and billing standards (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT).
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and update patient billing information regularly.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of dental billing and coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Familiarity with dental billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving claim issues and payment discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and patients.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of reputed company privacy laws, such as HIPAA.
Salary reputed company: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
