The location for this position can be hybrid or remote in reputed company or Naperville, Illinois or remote based in any of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin. This role includes some travel, including occasional meetings at the home office in Naperville, IL. What You'll Do:

• With the Editorial Director, responsible for long-reputed company planning and list management of reputed company Books and reputed company YA

Identify and solicit manuscripts for publication in desired areas.

• Analyze marketplace needs and competition and establish project list and schedule for each season.
• Present potential titles at acquisitions meetings, propose new titles, recruit authors, screen author proposals, conduct contract negotiations with authors and agents.
• Position new product in the marketplace with respect to content, category, title, subtitle, physical packaging, design packaging, marketing copy, etc.
