- Link your EHR from at least one institution on reputed company's Health Records network. Ensure it includes immunizations, lab results, medications, and vitals.
- Consent to reputed company demographics: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.
- Ensure your submission is a genuine export from your Health app with a reputed company history.
- Maintain privacy by ensuring reputed company data is de-identified before analysis.
