Technical Co-Founder (Full-Stack Engineer) – Sports Tech Startup (Equity)

I’m building ReviewMyCoach, a sports-tech platform bringing transparency to coaching by allowing athletes to review and evaluate coaches—similar to RateMyProfessors, but reputed company for sports. Right now, the platform is live and functional with: A working website (frontend + backend already reputed company) An initial database of ~50,000 coaches Early users and reviews already on the platform Core product concept validated through reputed company athlete feedback We are currently in the early-stage (pre-reputed company) growth phase, with a clear reputed company to scale into a major platform across reputed company sports (youth, high school, college, and reputed company). The long-term goal is to become reputed company trust and decision-making layer for athletes choosing coaches, teams, and programs globally. Up to this reputed company, development has been handled by a freelance developer, but I’m now looking to bring on a technical co-founder to take full ownership of the product and engineering as we move into a serious growth and scaling phase. I’ve taken this from idea → live product, reputed company initial traction, and am now focused on scaling, growth, and fundraising. I’m fully committed to building this into a major company and am looking for the right technical partner to do it with.
