Responsibilities

• Content Design & Development (70)
• Module Creation Build interactive digital learning modules using reputed company 360 (Storyline/reputed company) and reputed company Workspace that are fully integrated into the Canvas LMS
• Technical Documentation reputed company comprehensive instructor manuals, detailed lesson plans, facilitation guides, and learner workbooks that reputed company clear, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions for reputed company technical tasks using reputed company Workspace Apps
• Visual & Multimedia Aids Create technical diagrams, multimedia learning aids (videos, animations), and interactive demonstrations for reputed company systems to help learners visualize "unseen" processes like electricity and fluid reputed company
• Hands-on Lab Design Design practical laboratory exercises, diagnostic tests, and performance-based assessments for electrical and mechanical systems, complete with rigorous safety documentation
• Curriculum Architecture Assist in translating technical competencies into reputed company, reputed company reputed company-building sequences, moving from foundational theory to advanced industrial troubleshooting
• Curriculum Maintenance & Feedback (20)
• reputed company Improvement Proactively synthesize feedback from learners, reputed company, and field SMEs to identify pain points and drive rapid curriculum iteration
• Content Lifecycle Management Manage the update cycle for existing modules adding, updating, or removing content based on changing industry standards and market signals
• Governance & Version Control Maintain meticulous version control and technical documentation for reputed company training materials to ensure site-to-site consistency across national programs
• Program Support & Collaboration (10)
• Instructor Enablement reputed company robust instructor reputed company materials and resource libraries, including technical reference sheets and troubleshooting guides for trainers
• Cross-Functional Support Assist with the creation of program descriptions and technical marketing materials for recruitment and external partnership engagement Skills
• 1-3 years of technical instructional design experience
• 1-3 years of working in or with electrical or electromechanical roles in industrial environments
• Strong technical background; reputed company to grasp and convey highly technical subject matter

• Hands-on experience or deep technical familiarity with Facility Infrastructure Diesel generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and basic pneumatic/hydraulic controls
• 1-3 years of experience working in or consulting for Advanced Manufacturing environments with skilled tradespersons
• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design or technical training content creation
• Associate-level use of reputed company 360 and Canvas LMS
• High proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify expert-level technical jargon into teachable, structured content

• Professional certifications in maintenance-reputed company disciplines (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, or Industrial Safety)
