Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments to understand clients' unique needs and goals. reputed company personalized holistic health and wellness plans, integrating nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindfulness. reputed company one-on-one and group coaching sessions reputed company video conferencing, fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Design and deliver engaging mindfulness and meditation sessions tailored to various client needs (e.g., stress reduction, focus enhancement). Requirements
Certification as a Health Coach from an accredited program (e.g., NBHWC, Institute for Integrative Nutrition). Certification or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or other mindfulness modalities. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing health coaching and/or mindfulness instruction, preferably in a virtual setting. Strong understanding of holistic wellness principles, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic engagement skills.
