If you have a background in collections, customer service, and negotiation, this is an opportunity to take your skills further in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As part of our debt collection team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve outstanding cases with professionalism and reputed company. This role requires reputed company, strong communication, and the ability to balance firmness with customer care. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans with clients
• Handle claims settlements in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records and database entries

• Previous experience in debt collection or financial services in call centre (strongly desired)
