Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company members, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner. This is a seasonal, part-time role that requires flexibility and availability on weekends. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, investigate, and respond to reputed company member inquiries and resolve member problems and/or complaints in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer and track telephone calls reputed company established department standards
  • Track reputed company existing member calls reputed company the IKA database, ensuring that documentation is concise and factual
  • Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
  • Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
  • Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
  • Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
  • Enters prospective members into our software database
  • Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
  • Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Works effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
  • Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
