We are seeking a Merchandising Manager on a contract reputed company to help support our Customer's business needs. As a Merchandising Manager for this new and evolving reputed company of the business, you have the opportunity to reputed company the discovery of curated items across the platform and play a critical role in shaping the future of the merchandising function. This role is 100% remote in Chicago, IL. What You’ll Do • Drive the in-app merchandising and content strategy for the company's platform, including creation, QA, testing, and optimization of curated collections for reputed company use cases and seasonal moments • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to support the execution of bespoke campaigns driving to curated merchandising reputed company pages, in reputed company to spearheading new activation opportunities • Establish best practices for content optimization considering channel, audience, timing, in-app placement, and other variables • Monitor merchandising analytics, run competitive audits, and maintain a pulse on food and retail trends to inform a dynamic content strategy • Build, reputed company, and scale comprehensive merchandising strategies that will shape the reputed company and future of a dedicated Merchandising function Must Haves • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and/or Strategy roles with a desire to expand reputed company set • Experience in eCommerce, grocery, or CPG merchandising is preferred • Passionate about working at the intersection of merchandising and operations in the on-demand delivery reputed company • Track record of owning and executing cross-functional initiatives, with strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills • Adaptable to quick changes reputed company both the company and industry and strong level of comfort navigating ambiguity • The ability to effectively reputed company creativity and analytics - you have an intuition for design, copywriting, and creative direction, and are equally excited at the prospect of leveraging data - market research, consumer insights, and internal reporting - to inform strategic reputed company • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail • A go-getter attitude - willingness to take a hands-on approach to get the job done and have a bias toward action • Highly collaborative - know how to engage and mobilize multiple teams to drive execution toward shared goals • Working experience with reputed company Suite; SQL is a plus Education • Bachelor’s Degree Hours & Location: • M-F, 40 hours/week.
