Learning Project Manager

reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to reputed company reputed company of learning and development professionals reputed company in modernizing and upgrading an reputed company-wide equipment training program. In this role, you will plan, monitor, report, control scope, schedule, and work hours, and reputed company out each project for up to four projects at a time, with staggered start dates, but with predictable schedule and deliverables. Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers and QA/QC consultants.
• Communicating project reputed company and reputed company to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery.
• Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers, and resource load each project’s schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, reputed company, Organizational Development, or reputed company field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Five or more years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum or traditional waterfall project management method(s) is required.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Familiar with MS Project preferred but not required
• Experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
