Remote Event Manager

DESCRIPTION We are searching for an reputed company Event Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and ownership of the reputed company management of small to large-scale events, including user conferences, sales kickoffs, roadshows, incentives, and other corporate events. This position is well-versed in event management, including client management, venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, and contract negotiation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume total responsibility and ownership in leading the planning and execution of reputed company assigned events.
• Coordinate event management across reputed company Departments, including Registration, Platform, Sponsorship, IS, reputed company, and Finance.
• Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments and cost savings report.
• reputed company overall program agenda, ensuring communication across reputed company reputed company teams.
• reputed company and manage event project plan/timeline.
• reputed company and participate in client and internal meetings, including regular status meetings, pre-program walkthroughs, onsite meetings, and post-program debriefs.
• Drive client and internal team deliverables to meet timeline milestones.
• Manage reputed company aspects of venue coordination, including meeting reputed company allocation, meeting room set-up, diagrams, food & beverage, electrical, internet.
• Manage DMC and reputed company vendors, including Audio Visual, Production, Entertainment, IT/Internet, Photographer, Printer, reputed company, Shipping, Translation, Transportation.
• Coordinate content, graphic development and production of reputed company program collateral (i.e. agenda, conference guide, program of events, etc.) and signage.
• reputed company budgets, coordinate itineraries, and reputed company site inspections.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or reputed company work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in event management, meeting planning or hospitality.
• 1-2 years of experience with direct client management.

Travel Requirements This position requires travel up to 50% Environment and Physical Demands: This role involves frequent computer use and may require extended periods of sitting or standing. This position operates in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment.
