Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 of those years as a store manager or multi-unit leader, preferably reputed company luxury, premium, or specialty retail.

  • Experience managing hiring, performance management, and employee development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong teams.
