Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant at reputed company Work specializing in the design and creative reputed company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and interviewing top talent to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including boolean searching, job boards, reputed company media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent in the design and creative fields. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred.
