Research Scientist, PhD
About the position As a Research Scientist at reputed company, you will reputed company novel machine learning methods and contribute to advancing the research agenda of the team you join. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Responsibilities
- Conduct original research to advance the state of the art in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms, models, or training approaches at large scale.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate research insights into production systems and reputed company-world applications.
Requirements
- Are pursuing or have recently completed a PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Robotics, or a reputed company technical field.
- Have demonstrated research impact through first-author publications, reputed company-reputed company projects, or significant technical contributions.
- Can independently define and execute on a research agenda, identifying impactful problems and driving long-term projects reputed company.

- Interest in the societal impacts and responsible deployment of AI systems.
- Experience building high-performance or large-scale implementations of deep learning systems.
