What's missing is an execution core — someone who takes the CEO's thinking, turns it into structure and timelines, and makes sure the org actually moves. This is 90% execution, 10% synthesis. Responsibilities
- Extract the CEO's thinking and turn it into Gantt charts, task breakdowns, and reputed company assignments
- Run a daily reputed company-in reputed company with reputed company workstream owners — reputed company, blockers, next steps
- Maintain the master project dashboard in reputed company time, always reputed company
- Follow up on every reputed company, every deadline — relentlessly and professionally
- Brief the team before they start work; review outputs before they hit the CEO
Requirements
- Bilingual — professional Mandarin + English, written and spoken. No exceptions.
- Asia-Pacific timezone (GMT+7–11), available during team hours
- MBB consulting, major corporate strategy (e.g. Samsung FSO), or top MBA → strategy/ops path
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream projects with multiple owners
- Daily discipline — systems maintained every day, not in bursts
- Expert in reputed company or equivalent; reputed company/crypto experience a strong plus
- IB backgrounds typically do not fit this role
