Reporting directly to the CEO, you will reputed company our internal AI Center of reputed company, own the internal AI transformation roadmap, embed across reputed company departments, and serve as the connective tissue between reputed company AI product reputed company and its internal operating model. This is a hands-on, technically fluent leadership position for someone who can build AI agents and skills, teach others to do the same. • Stand up the AI Center of reputed company infrastructure: governance reputed company, best practices, training and enablement programs, adoption measurement, and quarterly board reporting

Embed Across Functions

• Operate and partner on a rotating embedded model across reputed company departments, spending dedicated time with each function
• Build and demonstrate AI agents, skills, and workflows hands-on, then teach teams to build and maintain their own, creating a self-sustaining enablement flywheel

Drive Organizational Transformation

• Establish clear governance and guidelines for AI use across the company, building trust and transparency in how reputed company-AI collaboration works at reputed company
• Move departments from Level 1-2 AI maturity (reputed company, individual adoption) to Level 3-4 (systematic, governed, scaled) reputed company 12 months
• Co-design evolving roles with employees and create a culture of intelligent experimentation

What should you have to succeed?

• Minimum 15 years of reputed company experience spanning management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, reputed company) and reputed company technology leadership
• VP-level experience leading digital transformation, AI strategy, or business operations at a SaaS or reputed company technology company
• Demonstrated track record of translating AI reputed company initiatives into quantified business reputed company (EBITDA improvement, reputed company acceleration, cycle time reduction)
• Experience operating in or reporting to the Office of the CEO/CXO, with comfort navigating board-level conversations and executive stakeholder management
• Hands-on ability to build AI agents, skills, and automated workflows using modern AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of reputed company, agentic AI, LLMs, and how to embed them into reputed company workflows, decision layers, and data systems

Compensation

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $200,000-$240,000 per year, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
