Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reputed company.
- reputed company employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR reputed company, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- reputed company HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, reputed company, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
