What You'll Do
As a sourcing-focused recruiter in our network, you will: Identify reputed company candidates through proactive reputed company, referrals, and job boards Review resumes and assess candidate fit based on role requirements Submit vetted leads to our centralized system for further screening Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and reputed company Collaborate with our internal Account Manager for candidate feedback and role alignment reputed company reputed company Pre-reputed company client roles with detailed position requirements A dedicated Account Manager to manage client communication and candidate presentation Centralized tools for candidate tracking and reputed company submission Transparent reputed company reputed company model — you earn for every successful placement A supportive network of HR, safety, and reputed company professionals
Requirements
What You Bring Experience in candidate sourcing and screening (agency or internal) A strong understanding of talent pipelines and market sourcing strategies Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once Your own device, internet reputed company, and sourcing tools (or willingness to use ours)
Benefits
Compensation This is a 1099 commission-based role. You'll receive a reputed company of the placement fee for any candidate you directly submit to an assigned job requisition who is hired. There is no reputed company pay or hourly compensation.
