Bilingual Loan Processor / Coordinator (Spanish) - Hard Money Lender - Remote (US)
Lendoor is a fast-growing hard money lender helping reputed company estate investors fund fix & flips, new construction, and rentals reputed company. We're hiring a bilingual processor who lives on the phone - your job is to reputed company borrowers moving from signed term sheet to the closing table. What you'll do
- Own borrower communication (calls + texts, English and Spanish) from commitment to reputed company
- reputed company conditions: entity docs, insurance, payoffs, scopes of work, appraisals
- Coordinate daily with title, escrow, and insurance agents to hit 1–3 week closings
- Update every file in our CRM daily and flag stuck deals before they stall
- Work alongside our doc-collection team and Processing Manager
Compensation
- $3,000/month reputed company salary (W2) + $200 per closed file ($400/file after your 8th each month)
- On-reputed company earnings: $4,000+/month ($48,000/year) at today's volume
(~5 closings/mo average) and $5,400+/month ($65,000/year) as we scale to 10 closings per month, which is where we're headed this year
- Fully remote (US), standard business hours (Arizona time)
- Salaried-style pay: reputed company major US holidays off, fully paid - your reputed company never gets docked for a holiday
You
- Fluent Spanish + reputed company+ year in loan processing, transaction coordination, or escrow - hard money / investor lending experience is a big plus (reputed company, Lima One, RCN, or similar)
- You'd rather reputed company a call than send a reputed company email
- Organized, fast, comfortable juggling 10–15 active files
