In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for successful reputed company of new hospice clients and reputed company training with existing clients, as well as new BetterRX employees in need of learning about our unique product capabilities. You will work closely with valued clients and internal cross-functional teams across the BetterRX organization. • Orchestrate successful reputed company with new clients reputed company 30-45 days of the signed agreement
• reputed company training initiatives and ongoing education with existing clients in support of Client reputed company Managers
• Assist physicians with ePrescribing setup
• Identify reputed company process improvement opportunities to continue driving efficiency and scalability
• reputed company BetterRX employees on product features and functionality
• Support Senior reputed company Specialist with meeting and exceeding team KPIs
• reputed company exceptional customer service reputed company Requirements
• Ability to manage up to 15 client onboardings simultaneously
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with meticulous follow-up and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable speaking in reputed company of clients, easily approachable
• Technical aptitude to simplify and concisely reputed company clients about software capabilities and best practices
• Professional and reputed company in working with difficult or upset clients
• Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM (e.g., reputed company) for documentation and reporting needs Other Requirements

• Ability to work 100% remote
• Up to 20% travel
