[Remote] Procurement Analyst, Operations Procurement

They are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the operational supply chain across their data center portfolio in reputed company America, focusing on sourcing, contracting, and purchasing goods and services to ensure efficient and reliable facility operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute procurement strategies to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and facilities needs across reputed company America
- reputed company or support RFI/RFP activities for operational categories including facility services, spare parts, consumables, and critical infrastructure support vendors
- Conduct competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure best-value agreements that support uptime and operational reliability
- Collaborate with Operations and Facilities leadership to forecast demand, establish sourcing priorities, and maintain continuity of service for mission-critical equipment and services
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and supporting corrective action plans as needed
- reputed company cost modeling, spend analysis, and total cost of ownership assessments to identify and execute savings opportunities
- Manage purchase orders (POs) from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment
- Support contract management and compliance tracking in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams
- Contribute to the implementation of procurement systems, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 2+ years' Procurement experience required or equivalent

- Data Center Operations experience a plus
