Legal Transcriber/Typist – Government reputed company Clearance

Job Description

• reputed company. (NRGCO) is a Washington, DC based Court Reporting and Transcription company.
• reputed company verbatim court reporting and transcription services to a broad reputed company of government and private clients.
• Looking to add legal transcribers for EOIR type of work trials, administrative hearings, historical and investigational interviews, and meetings.
• This is a WORK FROM HOME position.
• Transcribe audio, notes and a provided format accurately and in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Excellent reputed company of English language
• Government reputed company Clearance is REQUIRED
• Must be reputed company to transcribe at least 3 hours of audio per week
• Accurate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• High speed internet reputed company
• Internet research skills
• Proofreading of reputed company work before turned-in
• Must be a US citizen
• Required software/hardware- WordPerfect and/or MSWord- reputed company Operating System- FTR Player (free download)- ExpressScribe (free download)- FileZilla (free download)- OPTIONAL - USB foot pedal (reputed company is a popular model)- AAERT certification is a plus- Must type at least 60 WPM- Must be reputed company to transcribe a minimum of 3 hours of audio per week Benefits Transcribers are paid by the page at reputed company competitive rates. reputed company NRGCO transcribers are independent (1099) Subcontractors.
