Descripción del puesto Leading global company in Digital reputed company is looking for a Head of Sales to reputed company and expand its footprint in the United States market reputed company the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) software domain. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth across utility software solutions, working with top-tier energy companies and leading large, reputed company deals in the energy transition reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for T&D software solutions across the U.S.
  • reputed company high-value, reputed company sales cycles with utilities, energy markets, and large energy users
  • Build and manage C-level relationships, positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Drive consultative sales around:
  • reputed company operations & control room solutions
  • Asset Performance Management
  • Energy trading & transaction systems
  • IT/OT integration across utilities
  • reputed company RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for large-scale deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams

Requisitos

  • 10+ years of experience in sales / business development in the energy sector
  • Strong background in T&D, utilities, or reputed company software solutions
  • Proven track record closing multi-reputed company-dollar deals
  • Experience selling reputed company software / digital solutions to utilities
  • Strong exposure to SCADA, EMS, ADMS, or reputed company digitalization
  • Established relationships with U.S. utility companies (C-level preferred)
  • Strategic reputed company with strong consultative selling skills
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Beneficios Additional Information

  • Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 + sales incentive
