Job Details 100% REMOTE reputed company Administrator Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM (EAST COAST Time) Reports to : CIO Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR and Payroll leadership to support reputed company phases of the reputed company implementation.
- Assist implementation partner with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Serve as the primary reputed company Administrator post-implementation, maintaining system functionality and data reputed company. Responsible for setting up post live features.
- Manage ongoing system maintenance, updates, user reputed company, reputed company settings, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain system reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- reputed company user support, including training ( both in person and reputed company video) issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments such as HR, Payroll, and IT to continuously enhance system performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct reputed company experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of reputed company administration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company certification is a plus.
