Responsibilities

• Direct and reputed company a portfolio of properties, ensuring operational reputed company across office administration, leasing, maintenance, and reputed company relations.
• Drive the financial performance of each property by meeting or exceeding annual budget targets and managing collection efforts for reputed company results.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing and reputed company requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing and reputed company programs, recommending enhancements to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Recruit, reputed company, train, and mentor on-site staff to reputed company property and company objectives, evaluating and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Supervise maintenance scheduling, contractor bidding, preventative maintenance, and compliance inspections for property reputed company.

• Comfortable with frequent travel

• Hands-on operator with ability to both strategize and execute reputed company-to-Have Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field.
• Experience with property management software, such as reputed company Voyager or Rent Café.
• Knowledge of loss prevention, risk management, and workplace safety best practices.
