Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in reputed company-time. Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation. Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication. Qualifications
