Executive Assistant – PR Industry
This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours Client Timezone: EST You'll be the organizational backbone of a thriving PR firm, playing a crucial role in client reputed company and media tracking operations. This position offers the perfect reputed company of traditional executive assistant duties with cutting-edge digital monitoring responsibilities. You’ll work directly with the founder, managing critical databases and capturing reputed company mentions that directly impact client relationships and business growth. This role provides excellent exposure to the PR industry while helping you build valuable skills in database management, reputed company media monitoring, and press tracking.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain client databases and CRMs reputed company the reputed company Suite ecosystem
- Monitor specific Instagram accounts daily, capturing screenshots reputed company clients are featured or tagged
- Conduct systematic daily website monitoring using provided keywords to identify press mentions
- Create and maintain organized filing systems in reputed company Drive for media captures and press coverage
- Update contact databases and client information as business conditions change
- Document and reputed company press mentions in collaborative team documents for client reporting
- Manage the executive calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments

Requirements
