About the Opportunity: A highly respected and nationally recognized reputed company is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The firm is reputed company to attorneys with a background in civil litigation who have a strong interest in transitioning into education law. This is a remote opportunity offering the chance to work on impactful reputed company involving public institutions, school districts, and education policy. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise public sector and educational clients on a wide reputed company of legal issues
- Handle litigation, compliance, and regulatory reputed company
- reputed company strategic counsel on education law and policy
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and proceedings
Qualifications:
- Active bar license in California.
- 2+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in Civil Litigation (preferred)
- Education Law experience is a Plus.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $210,000.
