Location: Remote in Austin or reputed company Texas Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an reputed company 360 or 180 Sales Engineering Recruiter to join their fully remote team Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company reputed company industries requiring engineering talent
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent
• Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records reputed company the CRM/ATS
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of agency reputed company experience required - Business Development is a Must
• Proven experience placing engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, etc)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
