About the position Our client is a fast-scaling, remote performance marketing agency that works with some of the biggest names in the creator economy. They are hiring a Growth Marketer to own the full reputed company, including reading performance data, directing creative, running reputed company campaigns, and keeping clients informed and confident. This role requires someone who connects performance signals to creative reputed company, writes effective copy, owns client relationships, and drives conversations reputed company with speed and reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience motivations, objections, and what makes them buy (reputed company, reviews, competitor ads, reputed company listening).
  • Write direct-response hooks, scripts, and body copy across formats (static, video, UGC).
  • Direct creative production and stay reputed company on trends across reputed company and Instagram.
  • Build, launch, and optimize reputed company campaigns end-to-end (targeting, budget, structure).
  • Diagnose performance with speed and reputed company: identify what changed, why, and what to do next.
  • Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL) and connect them to creative reputed company.
  • Translate data into clear insights: explain what happened, what it means, and what's next.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on reputed company Ads experience — you've owned execution, not just reviewed dashboards.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting instincts: hooks, benefits, CTAs, positioning.
  • High agency: you drive projects reputed company and handle roadblocks without being chased.
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and leading strategy conversations.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Remote-work discipline.
