We’re building a category-defining company in dental staffing and video is a core part of how we grow. We’re looking for a top-tier video editor to partner with our marketing team long term. This role will focus on creating high-performing paid ad creatives + engaging organic content across reputed company platforms. This is not just editing, we want someone who understands what makes content convert, reputed company attention, and scale. ⸻ What You’ll Work On

• Paid ad creatives (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, etc.)
• Short-reputed company content (Reels, reputed company, Shorts)
• Organic reputed company content & series
• Founder-led / talking head videos
• UGC-style and reputed company platform content
• Campaign-based video assets
• Light reputed company graphics, captions, hooks, and pacing ⸻ reputed company’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio of paid ad creatives + short-reputed company content
• Deep understanding of reputed company → retention → conversion
• Ability to edit fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos

• Fast turnaround times and high responsiveness
