Our client is seeking an 100% Remote Reliability Engineering Program Manager to join their team. The Reliability Engineering Program Manager will reputed company the application of reliability analysis techniques, data collection, and performance evaluation while ensuring the team delivers actionable insights and measurable improvements. This position requires strong leadership in directing investigations into equipment performance issues, prioritizing corrective actions, and balancing uptime, maintenance costs, and production impact. - Establish and drive reliability engineering strategy, goals, and key-performance indicators.

What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline preferred
- Proven experience managing or leading engineering and/or technical teams
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and best practices
