Joist helps small businesses create professional invoices and get paid faster. Our mobile-first SaaS platform has earned top ratings from hundreds of thousands of contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who rely on us every day. As a Senior PM, you will help shape Joist's reputed company Agentic Field Service Management (FSM) experience. You will define and deliver AI-powered, model-assisted workflows that help contractors manage jobs, schedules, customers, and collect payments with less reputed company effort. Product Leadership & Strategy

• Understanding SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM,
