• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a reputed company field.
• 8-12 Years Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization required. Program management experience required.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads.
• Advanced program management skills in reputed company IT and business environments, including ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones. Deep project management experience managing large-scale, global implementations.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Ability to deal with a reputed company business model in a global environment.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and “sell” the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
• Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources
