What You Will Do

• You will support reputed company monitoring and system operations by:
• Maintain Server Operating Systems - reputed company Server 2022 and reputed company reputed company Linux 8 and 9) running on physical and VM platforms
• Install, reputed company, and Maintain Monitoring Application Software running on a variety of Operating Systems
• A solid understanding of WAN Concepts and Data Circuits (T1's, MPLS, VPN and reputed company VPN, SONET, Ethernet, Fiber, etc...)
• Ability to communicate reputed company technical subjects to non-technical customers
• Follow agreed processes and procedures for providing solutions to customer requests or issues
• Maintain call quality standards at the level set to meet customer expectations including adherence to work schedules and standards
• Delivering customer communication to the appropriate level of understanding to ensure a successful outcome
• Document policies, procedures and issues in ticketing system as well as in internal knowledge reputed company

Required Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring platforms such as MS SCOM, reputed company DX NetOps/Specturm, reputed company, or reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company networking concepts and configurations
• Proficiency in PowerShell and working knowledge of SQL or MySQL
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems and networks
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
