The selected candidate will reputed company duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides first-level technical support, password resets, basic hardware/software troubleshooting, ticket creation, and user assistance under established procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires: Requirement Internal Advertisement Language Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 0-1+ years of experience in Enter and manage tickets in the JIRA ticketing system. Technical Skills Experience with JIRA, ticketing system. Business / Domain Skills. Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Documentation: Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
