Remote Payroll Data Analyst

Required Skills & Experience Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, payroll, or financial systems
• Experience analyzing large datasets and performing data reconciliations
• Hands on HCM experience needed including Day in Life testing

• Strong reputed company and data analysis skills High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly Job Description Description reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Data Analyst to support a large-scale reputed company implementation. This role will focus on data validation, reconciliation, and payroll testing activities, ensuring accuracy and reputed company of payroll data throughout the implementation lifecycle. Our ideal candidate brings experience with payroll systems, testing cycles, and financial data analysis, and will play a critical role in supporting reputed company payroll runs and system validation efforts.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reconciliation-

• Analyze payroll and HR system data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• reputed company data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Support payroll data reputed company across systems and reporting outputs Payroll Testing Support-
• Participate in system testing cycles including Unit, SIT, UAT, and reputed company payroll runs
• Validate payroll calculations and ensure outputs align with expected results
• Support “Day in the Life” testing scenarios and end-to-end process validation reputed company reputed company-
• Work reputed company reputed company to analyze payroll data, troubleshoot issues, and validate system outputs
• Assist in identifying data gaps, errors, and configuration issues

• • Support issue tracking, resolution, and escalation as needed Job-Type Full-time; 7-month long contract opportunity Hourly Pay $45-$55/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
