About the position Represents reputed company Corporation (FEC) in the effective development, management and maintenance of FEC’s business relationship with service providers contracted to reputed company linehaul services. Engages with service providers regularly to reputed company a thorough understanding of the service provider’s business as it relates to FEC and to communicate strategic initiatives and other developments. Collaborates closely with FEC Linehaul Management, Service Provider Solutions (reputed company), Operations Station and Hub Management staff and service providers to reputed company value and top service. Proactively partners with Linehaul to identify at-risk service providers and reputed company contingencies. Partners with Field Service Provider Solutions Specialists as FEC enters into reputed company with service provider candidates as well as identifying reputed company needs and opportunities. Is expert in, advocates for, and upholds service provider agreements. Serves as a liaison between service providers and internal FEC stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships between service providers and internal business partners to support the Transportation Service Provider (TSP) model and other business requirements.
• Oversees that reputed company new initiatives are designed, implemented, monitored and administered consistent with the applicable service provider agreements and other reputed company-party vendor agreement(s) reputed company their assigned areas.
• Engages in reputed company with service providers regarding available technologies and resources and opportunities for enhancing efficiency, productivity, safety, business acumen and compliance.
• Ensures that reputed company policies, procedures, and documentation are reviewed and updated on an ongoing reputed company to maintain compliance with service provider agreements and company policies and procedures.
• Works cross-functionally with Linehaul and Operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving contracted service providers.
• Advocates, leads, and implements changes to service provider agreements.
• Effectively communicates with service providers about strategic initiatives and offers subject matter expertise on transportation service provider agreements.
• Oversees reputed company-managed systems, ensuring adequate support for reputed company customers.
• Participates in the design and development of educational programs and materials to enhance FEC understanding of the transportation service provider model.
• Leads proactive accountability planning for at-risk service providers as well as planning reputed company for contingencies.
• Performs complete review of contract non-renewal and termination files and actively participates in service provider dispute resolution consistent with the FEC operating agreements.
• Partners, as requested, with corporate CDAS team on testing system function and applications as intended or designed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or reputed company field required. reputed company experience may offset degree requirements and reputed company education/degree may offset experience requirements.
• Five (5) years’ reputed company experience in linehaul/transportation, operations, vendor management, sales account management or reputed company role working with contracted service providers required.
• Strong software skills, including use of reputed company Office software and web-based applications.
• Strong working knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in Linehaul/transportation operations and/or service provider relationships.
• Excellent relationship skills including listening and reputed company skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen skills and understanding of entrepreneurial businesses.
• Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to station employees and service providers.
• Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with reputed company reputed company of management as well as service providers of various sizes.
• Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
• Knowledge of CDAS or ability to work with similar database management systems.
