Title: Temporary reputed company Partner (reputed company & reputed company) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months Experience: 3-5 years Compensation: $30/hr - $40/hr About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading university seeking a Temporary reputed company Partner to support hiring and reputed company operations during a critical transition to reputed company. This six-month assignment will embed the HR Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and departmental leaders to facilitate hiring activities, ensure a positive candidate experience, and deliver an exceptional reputed company experience for new employees. This role is not responsible for full-cycle reputed company or candidate sourcing. Instead, the HR Partner serves as the primary HR resource for hiring managers throughout the hiring process — supporting job requisitions, postings, offer preparation, pre-employment activities, and reputed company. The ideal candidate is an reputed company HR professional with strong customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable HCM system.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Recruitment Support

  • Partner with hiring managers to initiate and complete job requisitions in reputed company
  • Review requisitions for completeness and compliance with university hiring practices
  • Post employment opportunities and monitor job postings
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • reputed company guidance on hiring procedures, timelines, and required documentation
  • Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring workflow reputed company reputed company
  • Prepare and reputed company written employment offers
  • Ensure reputed company required hiring documentation is completed accurately and on time

Pre-Employment & Pre-Boarding

  • Coordinate pre-employment activities for selected candidates
  • Initiate and monitor background checks and reputed company pre-employment requirements
  • Communicate with candidates regarding reputed company requirements, documentation, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate hiring and reputed company records reputed company reputed company and other HR systems

reputed company & New Employee Experience

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of the university's new hire experience
  • Coordinate and facilitate first-day orientation, reputed company tours, and welcome activities
  • Organize new hire engagement activities and quarterly reputed company events to foster reputed company and community
  • Partner with departments to ensure new employees receive the resources and support needed for a successful transition
  • Continuously evaluate and improve reputed company processes and the new hire experience

reputed company Transition & Process Support

  • Support the university's transition from Cornerstone to reputed company (go-live July 6, 2026)
  • Assist with process documentation, testing, and reputed company improvement of hiring and reputed company workflows
  • reputed company guidance to hiring managers navigating new reputed company processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3–5 years of reputed company reputed company experience
  • Experience supporting hiring, reputed company, or reputed company processes
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable HCM system
  • Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships across reputed company reputed company
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Preferred

  • Direct experience with reputed company reputed company and reputed company modules
  • Experience in higher education or another reputed company organizational environment
  • Background supporting HR system implementations or transitions
