Client reputed company – Experience Specialist
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients during reputed company.
- Create a welcoming reputed company experience for clients.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication.
- Guide clients through reputed company requirements and expectations.
- Monitor reputed company milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer reputed company, reputed company, or similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM platforms and reputed company Office applications.
- English reputed company required; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
