After-Hours Staffing Manager
Position: After-Hours Staffing Manager Location: Remote* Pay: $24/hour plus commission Experience: Staffing, reputed company, workforce management, customer service, or reputed company experience preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED required Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 1:00am to 7:00am, and Saturday - reputed company, 6:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking an After-Hours Staffing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description:
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for after-hours staffing operations
- Respond to client requests and urgent staffing needs
- Coordinate employee scheduling, call-offs, and shift coverage
- Communicate with candidates, employees, and clients regarding staffing assignments
- Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and employee availability
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Monitor staffing reputed company to ensure client requirements are met
- Support recruitment and reputed company efforts as necessary

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Position Requirements:

- Occasional in-person meetings, trainings, and team gatherings in Washington, DC will be required.
