Position Overview As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and reputed company media. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the utmost care and respect, sharing customer feedback and information with other team members to continuously improve and reputed company the customer experience. Responsibilities
